Keeping your hands clean is important all year round, but now that it is cold and flu season I think we all know we have to be a little bit more on top of the whole clean hands routine.

There was a time when I was a just starting my carrier as a pet groomer, where I would cry at the idea of washing my hands. They were dry, they were chap, they were crack and they were bleeding. Yes, my hands bleed due to washing and washing, then drying and drying, during what would seemed like an endless season of holiday grooming. Making things even worse was the cold winter weather.

While my hands have adapted over the years, washing my hands during the winter still isn't a thing I love doing, it is just really hard on my already over worked hands. Most hand sanitizers are alcohol bases and will burn my hands, so that really isn't an option either. Lucky for me I discovered X3 Clean hand sanitizer last year. It has no alcohol in it, meaning it isn't drying, and it certainly doesn't burn.

I keep a vial of the spray in my purse, coat and car at all times. When I take the bus, I use it right after. When I sneeze in the car or cough, I use it right after. If I am out holiday shopping at the mall and I am about to have a quick snack, I use it right before. It never burns or drys out my hands at all.

Now that I have nieces and nephews I worry about the things I leave laying around the house, car, my purse, pretty much everywhere they can reach. I learned that most hand sanitzers are 62% Ethyl Alcohol and that is not only flammable but also poisonous if consumed. Since X3 Clean doesn't have Ethyl Alcohol in it, I feel better about having it out when they visit.
The foam works really well for around the house, and since 2013-2015 were the years of hospital visits for me, I really liked having a gentler option around for my sensitive hands.

Overall:
I love this product. I never got why people loved hand sanitizers before, all they did was burn and sting me. Now when I am out and about or on my daily commute to work.

Because It doesn't burn or sting I feel I can use it more often without hesitation, lending to a healthier cold and flu season for me and I just love that about the product.
