This is Epsom salts with Shea Butter and Almond Oil mixed in. Your muscles get the benefits of the salts while your skin gets the benefits of the salts, butter and oil. I don't usually use the 2+ cups it calls for unless my muscles are extremely sore. I also like to make a little foot bath from time to time with it, by adding about a cup of salts into a tub of hot water and soaking my feet. It really is great after a long day on my feet. It has a pleasant scent that is mildly nutty and sweet. I personally love that when I get out of the tub I get a light coating of the oils that are in the soak, which prevents my skin from getting dry from a hot bath.

This was my first time trying out a Dr Teal's product that was not a salt or a soak. It was also my first time using a bubble bath that had a salt in it. It has Epsom salts, Shea Butter and Almond Oil in it again.
I found that I needed more products than I thought I would like to get a fair amount of bubbles going on. If I added a small splash only a few bubbles would form and quickly disappear. If I added a bit more, it got better but not a whole lot. When I added more than I would normally condisder I got great bubbles that lasted the entire bath. I guess when they say 'generous amount' they mean it. Luckily it is a gigantic bottle so in no way feel bad about using so much. I will say no matter the amount I used, I still got that great shea and almond scent that I got with the salt soak.
Overall I really love these products. They have ingredients both my skin and muscles love. They make my bath more enjoyable and they smell great.
